Stumps can be unsightly and hazardous to mowers, kids, neighbors and pets. Removing stumps is relatively inexpensive and can be accomplished easily with the right tools and equipment.

I charge $3.00 per inch to remove stumps. Measure the widest part of the stump from side to side and you have a general estimate of what it would cost to remove an unsightly stump.  For example, a 14” stump would cost approximately $42 to remove; a 30” stump would cost approximately $90 dollars to remove.  6 to 10 stumps cost $2.00 per inch to remove and 11 to 20 stumps cost $1.50 per inch.  The price of more than 21 stumps can be negotiated upon inspection. 

The stump can be taken out to where it is level with the ground or up to 6” below the ground.  All that will remain is a pile of mulch/shavings. Please take a look at the before and after photos.
